Customer Service Advisors

We are currently recruiting Customer Service Representatives to handle calls and emails in our contact centre.

Full and part-time shifts

We have a variety of shifts available over 7 days.

Late / Nightshifts

Successful candidates are required to work nightshifts from 22:00 to 07:00 on a rota basis. We would also like to hear from you if can work late shifts up to midnight on a Friday, Saturday and/or Sunday.

Interviews to commence ASAP. If successful, training will take place during working hours Monday-Friday, 09:00-17:00.

If you are able to remain calm under pressure, have good communication skills and are able to use a computer to a reasonable standard then we would like to hear from you. You can expect to work in a fast-paced environment, handling a variety of calls, where your contribution will be valued.
