An exciting new Head of Sales position has been created reporting to the Commercial Director, with responsibility for the overall coordination, management and leadership of the sales, marketing and account management functions of the business. This responsibility is across all sales channels; Hotline, Contact Centre and Incident & Case Management.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Senior Manager / Head of Sales to join a growing, well-respected, global, customer centric business. Ideally candidates will have exposure to C level contacts in a B2B environment, and can demonstrate they have realised successful sales strategies and led high performing sales operations. Exposure to both SME and Corporate clients alike would be preferable.

An exciting new position has arisen in Expolink Contact Centre Sales Team for a Sales Manager.
The successful candidate will be responsible for selling our Contact Centre services. The position is based in Chippenham, but with field-based activities/travel across the UK.
Due to the nature of the role, candidates should be confident in lead generation, cold calling and networking in order to meet new clients and build fresh and exciting business and sales opportunities. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in B2B consultative sales, and have experience of presenting to and selling at Board level. Experience of working in the Contact Centre sector would be advantageous.
