European Sales Role – French speaking

Due to the expansion of our Hotline service, an exciting new position has arisen in Expolink’s Whistleblowing Hotline Sales Team for a multilingual sales person, ideally with corporate sales experience. We are looking to build on our European presence, and therefore require an experienced sales person who is fluent in French.

The successful candidate will be responsible for selling our Whistleblowing Hotline service and Incident and Case Management system. The position is based in Chippenham, with some field-based work including travel across the UK and abroad.

Systems Administrator

We are recruiting for an experienced IT person, to work within the internal IT team to assist with system administration including system maintenance, provisioning and installation, backup maintenance and client implementations where applicable

This role also involves some client facing work involving setting up new instances of our Incident and Case Management solutions including; Server setup and configuration, software installation, configuration to client requirements and assisting with 1st line support of this software

Essential skills: Windows Server – Maintenance, Installation and Configuration experience / qualification for following: 2012, 2008, 2008R2, 2003, Networking – Managing and maintaining network components, switches including VLANS, Firewalls and other related components.

Desirable skills: Experience working in an virtualised server environment, preferably Vmware. Basic Programming knowledge / experience including VB.net. VBA, SQL Queries. Experience maintaining MS SQL server database servers and databases

Hotline Key Account Manager

Due to the growth in the Hotline clients, Expolink are recruiting for a Key Account Manager.

Finance Assistant

Due to the recent acquisition of In Touch MCS, the Finance Department is recruiting for a Finance Assistant. The successful candidate will be team spirited, well organised and a confident communicator.  They will also be naturally numerate and a competent Excel user. Experience is preferred but not essential.
